Tell your friends: Telling others adds accountability and support for staying on track.
Use small successes to create big results: Climbing a mountain is done by taking one step at a time.
Celebrate progress: Every step closer to your goal is a success.
Revisit your plan: Take time to reflect and create course corrections when needed
Remember, resolutions don’t have to be just for New Year’s. Strive to be better every day.
